Roasted Garlic Cauliflower from Lynn, Painters’ Cottage

Hustled home from the farmers market, where the cauliflower was broken apart and tossed with garlic, scant olive oil, and salt, then baked at 450 for 20 minutes (turn), creating a succulent dusky cauliflower.  Who would ever think we would be gobbling it from the cookie sheet as if it were macaroons.
