Every year, Uncle Will hosts an Easter Egg Hunt at his Avocado Ranch in Santa Paula, California.  The day before, he boils hundreds of eggs for family to color and decorate.  On Easter morning these eggs are hidden, along with plastic eggs filled with candy, around the ranch.

Following the Egg Hunt, found Easter Eggs are peeled and made into deviled eggs to eat with the holiday meal.  Will’s genius tip for making a large quantity of deviled eggs is to use a pastry bag for filling the halved eggs.
