Grilled Shishito Peppers
These peppers came in our farm box this week, and they seem to be popping up all over town from TJ’s to our local sushi restaurant. I love them because there is no chopping or seeding involved. You just eat them whole, with exception of the little stem at the top.
Grilled Shishito Peppers Recipe
Toss 1/2 pound Shishito Peppers with 2 tab olive oil, 2 cloves crushed garlic, and course salt. Grill over medium high heat, flipping once, about 3-4 min per side.
