Cranberry Mango Honey Pie | Topped with Cherimoya Recipe
Bring to a boil and Simmer for 20 minutes:
2 bags of Cranberries
2 cups chopped Mango
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Sugar to taste
Pour into a Pie Crust, put cut pieces of Cherimoya on top, and Bake at 350 degrees until the pie filing bubbles and the crust is golden brown on the edges. Wait for it to cool before cutting into it. It will set, gel-like, and make it a firm piece of pie when cut.
